Jeff Mitzner Vice President of Key Accounts
Southern California & Southern Nevada
Jeff Mitzner joined Trans Western Chemicals in 1987. With over 25 years of exprience in the chemical distribution industry, he is responsible for managing the customer base in Southern California and Southern Nevada.

Jeff is an active member of and holds a certificate of accreditation from the Los Angeles Society of Coatings Technology (LASCT) where he also received an Award for Outstanding Customer Service.

Jeff is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Harry Golding Account Manager
Central & Northern California, Northern Nevada
Harry Golding began his work with Trans Western Chemicals in 1992. Harry is responsible for managing the customer base in Central and Northern California and Northern Nevada.

Prior to working with Trans Western Chemicals Harry held positions at the Degussa Corporation (Evonik) as Vice President and Business Manager for the pigment division and at Carmona Chemical Company and Seachem as President.

Harry is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

John Harper Account Manager
Southern California, Specialty Oils and Lubrication
John Harper began work with Trans Western Chemicals after selling his company, Balvenie Chemicals, Inc. to TWC in the 1990's. He is currently responsible for managing the customer base in Southern California, specializing in Specialty UV Coatings and Specialty Oils and Lubrication. Prior to TWC he held positions at Allied Chemical and a number of local and national companies.

John has been an active member in numerous trade associations including SAMPE and STLE and has been awarded several US patents covering epoxies and bismaleimides.

John Harper is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and served our country in the US Navy.

Tom Loschiavo Account Manager
Arizona, Oregon and Washington
Tom brings to Transwestern Chemical 30 years of experience in the plastic and coatings colorant markets.  He has held various positions in sales, marketing and business management with Ferro Corporation.  Prior to Ferro, Tom worked for a regional specialty chemical distributor in Philadelphia for 5 years.  He has broad knowledge of the textile, coatings and plastic markets, from manufacturing processes, applications and product specifications.  He is now dedicating his efforts to increasing Transwestern Chemicals market presence in Arizona, Oregon and Washington.

He holds both a BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and MBA in Marketing from Temple University. 

Debbie Monroy Senior Customer Service Representative
Debbie Monroy joined Trans Western Chemicals in 1990. As an experienced customer service representative she ensures that our customers receive the best possible service. Debbie's key responsibilities include order processing, billing, purchasing, and inventory management.

Jacquie Trigueros Customer Service Representative
Jacquie Trigueros joined Trans Western Chemicals in 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Her responsibilities include order processing, billing and accounts receivable. Jacquie is dedicated to assuring customer satisfaction with every order processed.
